Refund policy

At Defini, we design our products to be worn with confidence and quality. Because many of our products are produced specifically for each customer, our return and refund policy is intentionally structured and limited. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

After this cancellation window has passed, orders are automatically processed and sent to production. Once this happens, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Because each product may be made specifically for the customer, orders that enter the fulfillment stage are considered final.


Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee approval. Each request will be reviewed individually.

A return may only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in the exact condition it was delivered

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • Clear photos of the item may be requested to verify eligibility

Any item sent back without prior written approval will be refused and may not be returned to the sender.

Unless we confirm a production or fulfillment error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us as soon as possible so we can properly evaluate the situation and resolve the issue.

Failure to report the issue within a reasonable timeframe may affect eligibility for a replacement or refund.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that are made to order or personalized

  • Sale or discounted items (unless confirmed defective)

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure about a product before placing an order, we strongly recommend contacting us first.


Exchanges

At this time, Defini does not offer exchanges.

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and details carefully before completing your purchase.

Requests based on size preference, fit expectations, or change of mind are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.


EU Consumer Rights Clarification

Under European Union consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized for the consumer.

Because many Defini products are produced on demand, returns and refunds may only be considered when an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.


Refunds

If a return request is approved and the item is received, the product will first be inspected.

If the return is approved after inspection, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
